Mister Keene was a creepy old pharmacist from Derry, Maine. Beverly Marsh pretended to flirt with Mister Keene, coaxing him to remove his eyeglasses, which was a ploy to distract his attention from a group of youths in one of the aisles, who were stealing medical supplies.
