Mister Holland is a fictional husband and a minor recurring character featured in the Netflix original series Stranger Things. Played by actor Aaron Muñoz, he was introduced in the premiere episode of season two titled, "MADMAX".
Biography[]
Mister Holland was a Caucasian male who lived in the city of Hawkins, Indiana in the early 1980s. He was the husband of Marsha Holland and the father of Barbara Holland. In November 1983, the Hollands suffered great alarm when Barbara suddenly turned up missing. After several weeks, they decided to hire a private instigator to learn the truth. Mister Holland and Mrs. Holland told this to Barbara's best friend Nancy Wheeler and her boyfriend, Steve Harrington one night over KFC take-out. Nearly a year later, it was publicly revealed that Barbara had died as a result of the actions of Hawkins National Lab, though the Hollands were largely unaware of the true nature of her death.
