Missy is a fictional antagonist and a recurring character featured on the British science fiction television series Doctor Who. She is the female iteration of a longstanding foe of the Doctor known as The Master. Played by actress Michelle Gomez, she was introduced in series eight of the Doctor Who revival series in the episode titled, "Deep Breath".
