Millie Mayfair is a fictional elderly woman and a minor character featured in the Lives of the Mayfair Witches line of novels by author Anne Rice. She appeared in the first book in the series, The Witching Hour, published in October, 1990. The character also made appearances in season one of the Mayfair Witches television series on AMC. She was played by actress Geraldine Singer on the series.

Millie Mayfair was a female member of the prestigious Mayfair family. She was not a "designee" however, which is to say, she was not part of the bloodline legacy of witches. Millie Mayfair lived at the First Street house in New Orleans, Louisiana. She lived during the years of Deirdre Mayfair's convalescence.
