Mili Avital is an Israeli film and television actress. She was born in Jerusalem, Israel on March 30th, 1972. Her acting career began in theater when she was seventeen and she appeared in several stage and film productions in Israel. Coming to America, her career began as something one might see in a movie. She was working as a waitress in New York City hungry for work when her agent managed to land her a small, but important, role in the Roland Emmerich sci-fi/action film Stargate. Mili played the role of Sha're - a native of the planet Abydos and future wife of Earth scientist Daniel Jackson. This was Mili's first work in a science fiction feature.
