Michiko Ikeda is a Japanese film editor best known for his work on the Godzilla franchise. His earliest work was on the final films of the Shōwa period, including 1973's Godzilla vs. Megalon and 1974's Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla. Ikeda returned to the franchise many years later during the Heisei period and did the editing work on the 1989 film, Godzilla vs. Biollante (the second in the series) and its direct sequel Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah.
