Michael Kelly was a recurring character who appeared in seasons two and three of the Canadian science fiction television series PSI Factor: Chronicles of the Paranormal, which aired in syndication from 1996 to 2000. The character was played by actor Michael Moriarty and was introduced in the premiere episode of season two, "Threads". The character appeared in ten episodes of the series in total.
Biography[]
Michael Kelly was a conspiracy theorist who often came into contact with case agents representing the Office of Scientific Investigation and Research (OSIR). A self-avowed "angry, angry" man, Michael Kelly lived at the Champaign and was an alcoholic computer expert.
