Mephitisoids are a fictional alien race featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. They are part of the mainstream Marvel Universe and first appeared in Uncanny X-Men #107 in October, 1977. The first member of this race featured in comics was Hepzibah, who was a member of a space-faring pirate group called the Starjammers. Physically, they resemble humanoid skunks.
