"Contraband" is the twenty-first episode of the science fiction television series Men Into Space. It was directed by Alvin Ganzer and written by Stuart J. Byrne and David Duncan. It first aired on CBS on Wednesday, March 2nd, 1960. In this episode, a sample of the rare Specimen 9 turns up in the hands of an industrialist, Colonel Edward McCauley realizes that someone on his last expedition brought it back from the moon. Now he must take the four scientists back to the moon and trick the guilty party into revealing himself and the location of the deposit.
