Nicki Aycox as Meg Masters.

Meg Masters is the human identity of a young woman who was possesed by a demon. Meg originally worked for Azazel, the yellow-eyed-demon, but later assumed the responsibilities of being a torture demon in Hell under Alistair.

Meg and her "brother", Tom, sought to acquire a mystical Colt handgun that fired ammunition that could kill demons, which had come into possession of the Winchester brothers. Meg and Tom set a trap for Sam and Dean by capturing John Winchester and torturing him at length. With the help of a fellow hunter named Bobby Singer, the brothers managed to capture Meg and contained her with a devil's trap. Sam recited the rites of exorcism upon her, driving the demonic essence out of the human host. Having housed a demon inside of her for more than a year, the human Meg Masters could no longer stand the physical strain of injuries she had previously sustained in Chicago. With her dying breath, she mouthed the word "sunrise" and then died. The boys eventually figured out that she was referring to the Sunrise Apartments in Jefferson City, Missouri, which was where John was being held. ("Devil's Trap")
