Being Human[]
Max is a fictional funeral director and a recurring character on the North American version of the supernatural drama series Being Human. Played by actor Bobby Campo, he was introduced in the season three episode, "The Teens, They Are a Changin'".
Friday the 13th[]

Max owned a gas station in Crystal Lake Township, New Jersey and drove a tow truck. He was also friends with a junior camp counselor named Ted, who worked at nearby Packanack Lodge near Camp Crystal Lake. Max conspired with Ted to play a prank on his friends Jeff and Sandra by towing Jeff's truck after they arrived in town. Jeff and Sandra were at a pay phone across the street at the time that Max was hooking the truck up to his vehicle and did not take notice until he began driving down the road. The two teens took off after him and Jeff rapped on the driver's side window, demanding Max to stop and calling him an asshole. Max kept them going until he rounded the corner, at which point he stopped. Jeff and Sandra saw Ted waiting for them, laughing.
Night of the Demons[]

Max was a teenager from Mathisville in the late 1980s. He was dating an Asian-American girl named Frannie. In 1988, a fellow high school student named Angela Franklin invited Max and Frannie to a Halloween party that she was hosting at Hull House. Max and Frannie rode to the party in a car with Judy Cassidy and her date Jay Jansen. While driving down Old Hull Road, they passed another group of teens en route to the party and offered to "give them a hand", which resulted in Max clapping at them as they drove past. Once everyone go to Hull House, Max told the group about the abandoned funeral home's sordid history. He had apparently learned about Hull House from Mrs. Pointer at the local library. Later in the evening, couples began splitting off and Max and Frannie went into a parlor filled with caskets. They both admitted to never having had sex in a coffin before and climbed inside. While all this was going on, a demonic presence had been unleashed and began taking possession of the other partiers. One of the possessed was an obnoxious young man nicknamed Stooge. Stooge came into the coffin room while Max and Frannie were having sex. He slammed Max's arm repeatedly with the coffin lid until it fell off, then killed them both. Max and Frannie's bodies both became vessels for the demonic influence, and they chased the other surviving party members throughout the property. When the sun came up, the rays exorcised the demons from their hosts and Max and Frannie's bodies collapsed to the ground. (Night of the Demons)
