Elias Spector[]
Elias Spector was a Jewish Rabbi who originally hailed from Czechoslovakia. A man of peace by nature, he succeeded in escaping from Europe when Adolf Hitler came to power in the 1930s. He immigrated to the United States where his wife and he gave birth to two sons, Marc and Randall. Growing up, Marc became an impassioned young man who could never understand his father's calling, or his refusal to take up arms against the Nazis. This dynamic clash of personalities led to a great falling out between the two men - one that resulted in Marc Spector punching his father in the face and turning away, never to see him again.
Encephalo-helmet[]
The Encephalo-helmet was a device designed by Leonard Samson for use on the Hulk. When placed upon the Hulk's head, it subverts the creature's natural angered state, allowing the mind of Bruce Banner to take control. Banner used the helmet to maintain the Hulk's form during an incident where he was shrunken down to microscopic size in order to perform emergency surgery on Glenn Talbot. In another instance, General Ross placed the helmet on the Hulk's head in the hopes of calming him down from one of his infamous rages, but for some reason, the helmet failed to bring Banner's consciousness to the surface.
Enclave[]
The Enclave were a team of three scientists that were based out of a floating research laboratory called the Beehive. The group consisted of Carlo Zota, Maris Morlak, and Wladyslav Shinski. The Enclave were responsible for creating an artificial human being that they dubbed "Him". Him revolted against his creators and eventually evolved into the god-like being, Adam Warlock.
Erg[]
Erg was a mutant and a member of the Morlocks who lived in The Alley beneath New York City. In the days before becoming an under-dweller, Erg dreamed of being a painter. He had the ability to absorb various forms of radiation and then project it as a beam from his left eye. He was traditionally seen wearing an eye patch and had long, spiky black hair. Erg was close friends with a fellow Morlock named Zeek.
