"Venomous (Part 3)" is the title to the seventh issue of the Marvel Knights: Spider-Man ongoing comic book series, which was published by Marvel Comics under their Marvel Knights imprint. The story was written by Mark Millar with artwork by Terry Dodson and inks by Rachel Dodson. It was colored by Ian Hannin of Avalon Studios and lettered by Cory Petit of Virtual Calligraphy. The story was edited by Axel Alonso with Warren Simons as assistant editor. This issue shipped with a December, 2004 cover date and carries a cover price of $2.99 per copy (US).

- The character of Spider-Man was created by writer Stan Lee and artist Steve Ditko. He first appeared in Amazing Fantasy #15 in August, 1962 in a story titled "Spider-Man!" The character has since gone on to become one of the most well-known and enduring super-heroes of all time, having appeared in numerous comic book titles, as well as feature films, animated projects and video games.
- This is the final appearance of Seymour O'Reilly, who is an old antagonist from Peter Parker's high school days who used to run with Flash Thompson's gang. He is killed by Angelo Fortunato as Venom in this issue.
