Marquis Park is located on the southwest side of Central City, Missouri. Along with Lafayette Avenue, which leads up to it, the park has long been a dividing line between the ghetto and lower-income white neighborhoods. Marquis Park was the site of conflagration between law enforcement and the Aryan Empire. A vigilante known as William Hell vowed to clean up the streets, but his efforts specifically targeted minorities.
