Mark Snow, born Martin Fulterman, is a film and television composer born in Brooklyn, New York on August 26th, 1946. He is best known for scoring the theme music to the popular television series The X-Files. Snow was credited on every episode of the series and also provided the score to the franchises spin-off projects Millennium and The Lone Gunmen as well as the two feature films The X-Files: Fight the Future and The X-Files: I Want to Believe. His work has also been featured on related soundtracks including Songs in the Key of X: Music From and Inspired by the X-Files, The Truth and the Light: Music from the X-Files, The X-Files: Fight the Future Original Motion Picture Score and The X-Files: I Want to Believe Original Motion Picture Soundtrack.
