Mariah Dillard, also known by her street name "Black Mariah", is a fictional crime boss featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. She first appeared in Luke Cage, Hero for Hire #5 in January, 1973. A version of the character also appeared in the 2016 Netflix original series Luke Cage, which is part of the greater Marvel Cinematic Universe. On the series, Mariah Dillard was played by Alfre Woodard and presented as a corrupt city councilwoman.
