Marcus Tucker is a fictional student and a minor character featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is associated with the X-Men line of titles and first appeared in New X-Men #117 in October, 2001.
Biography[]
Marcus Tucker was a young male mutant who became a member of the student body at Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, during the years when the school opened its doors to the world. He was tall, slender and had elongated forearms, which determined his mutant code-name Forearm.
Marcus Tucker was seen wandering about the front of the school on a day that many angry humans held an anti-mutant protest rally just beyond the gates of the property. [1]
Due to the machinations of the mentally unbalanced Wanda Maximoff, the majority of the mutant population lost their unique abilities during the "Decimation" event, which has also come to be known as M-Day. Marcus Tucker was one the many mutants who lost their powers. [2]
Marcus Tucker was one of several de-powered students who were loaded into a transfer bus that was attacked by William Stryker and his Purifiers. The bus exploded, killing many mutants. It is unconfirmed whether Marcus Tucker died at this time or not. [3][4]
