Marcus Colvin is a fictional bureaucrat and a minor character featured in The Walking Dead television series on AMC. Played by actor Jason Turner, he first appeared in the season eleven episode, "Promises Broken".
Biography[]
Marcus Colvin was an adult African American male and a survivor of the zombie apocalypse. He was a resident of the Commonwealth in Ohio where he functioned as a bureaucrat under the leadership of Pamela Milton. [1]
When Yumiko Okumura refused to serve as a prosecutor in the trial against Eugene Porter, Marcus was chosen to work the case in her place. Okumara actually became Porter's defense attorney, and Colvin argued a case of first degree murder against Porter for his involvement in the death of Governor Milton's son, Sebastian. Colvin proved victorious in the trial, and jury awarded a sentence of death against Porter. [2]
