"Birthright" is the premiere issue of the Man from Atlantis comic book series published by Marvel Comics. The title is based on the Man from Atlantis television series starring Patrick Duffy, which aired from 1977 to 1978 on NBC. The issue was written by Bill Mantlo with artwork provided by penciler Tom Sutton and inker Sonny Trinidad. Janice Cohen provided the coloring and it was lettered by Joe Rosen. The issue was edited by Archie Goodwin and carried a February, 1978 publishing date. The cover price for this double-sized 80-page giant was $1.00 per copy.
