Biography[]
Mamie Muggins was an elderly woman who lived in the Chelsea district of Manhattan in New York City, New York. Along with her husband Barney Muggins, Mamie was the co-owner of an apartment complex at 410 Chelsea Street.
When Peter Parker was still a college student, he met with Mamie Muggins to inquire about an apartment. She let out a room to him for the sum of $110.00 per month. Peter lived out of this apartment for many years.
