Biography[]
When he was a young Man, Malcolm Colcord enlisted in the Canadian Army. As a private, he was stationed at the Weapon X facility in Alberta, Canada, which was jointly controlled by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency. The scientists at the facility had subjected a field agent known as Logan to a process by which his skeleton had been bonded with liquid Adamantium. The pain that he endured from the process was so intense that it drove him into a berserker rage. Breaking free of the laboratory, "Experiment X" went on a rampage, slaughtering numerous personnel and soldiers. They were the lucky ones. Malcolm Colcord survived, but was severely injured. He managed to recover physically, but elected to keep the scars that Logan left upon his face, as a reminder of his hate and his need for revenge.
