This is the helmet worn by Max Eisenhardt, aka Magneto. It possess the ability to block psychokinetic intrusion. As such, Magneto is immune to telepath attacks so long as he wearing the helmet. During a fight with the X-Men, Colossus punched Magneto's helmet clean off his head. [1]
