The Madmen are a fictional group of lunatics featured in comic books published by Charlton Comics, and later DC Comics. They are foes of Ted Kord, the second Blue Beetle, and first appeared in Blue Beetle, Volume 6 #3 in October, 1967.

The Madmen are a group of colorfully clad lunatics who originate from the reality designated as Earth-Four. They are based out of Hub City, but are known for causing trouble for Blue Beetle. The leader of the group is a man named Farley Fleeter.
