Biography[]
MacAvoy, first name unknown, was a small time criminal who fancied himself as something of a mobster. He operated out of Texas and had a business called Big Bad Mac's. MacAvoy's criminal enterprises included prostitution and probably gun-running, though he also employed hitmen to do his dirty work as well.
MacAvoy had helped out Tulip O'Hare with some money in a time of need, with the expectation that she would either pay him back financially, or barring that, sexually. When Tulip refused to have sex with him, Mac told her she could work off her debt as an assassin.
A few years later, Tulip and her boyfriend, Jesse Custer, returned to this area of Texas and came upon MacAvoy. Mac intended on having Jesse killed, but before his cronies could take any action, two men known as Jody and T.C. burst into his office and gunned down all of his henchmen. They wanted Jesse for themselves. Before leaving with Jesse and Tulip, Jody turned around and said to MacAvoy "You can go take a big ol' suck on the devil's pecker, fat boy", before shooting him in the face. [1]
