MI13; Military Intelligence, Section 13 is a fictional espionage agency featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. It first appeared in Excalibur, Volume 1 #101 in September, 1996 in a story titled "Quiet".
Description[]
MI13 is a British intelligence organization and an adjunct of Defense Department Intelligence. Its mission parameters include the investigation of situations that lie outside normal conventions, and include elements of the fantastic or supernatural. It was originally overseen by Sir Mortimer Grinsdale of the Joint Intelligence Committee, who was later revealed to be an alien Skrull.
