Fletcher Heggs[]
Fletcher Heggs was a criminal incarcerated at Seagate Prison in Georgia. He became a member of the fan base that surrounded recent inmate transfer Trevor Slattery, who had become something of a celebrity due to impersonating an international terrorist known as the Mandarin on broadcast television. Fletcher, along with Trevor's "butler", Herman, rose to Slattery's defense when the former thespian incurred the wrath of a larger inmate named White Power Dave. Due to the presence of the fan base, Dave was prompted to leave Trevor be. Fletcher then asked Trevor to do "the voice" for their entertainment. Trevor balked at first, citing that it was not something he could simply turn on, then quickly acquiesced and intoned the phrase he used on television when threatening U.S. President Matthew Ellis, "...and you'll never see me coming". Fletcher and others cheered and applauded their hero. (Marvel One-Shot: All Hail the King)

Finn Cooley[]
Finn Cooley was an Irish crime boss who was the leader of a cartel operating out of the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of New York City, New York. His group was informally known as the Kitchen Irish. The Kitchen Irish were known for working with a biker gang named the Dogs of Hell, both of whom had the misfortune of earning the attention of a vigilante known as Frank Castle, aka the Punisher. The Punisher believed that these groups were responsible for the massacre of his family in Central Park, so he declared a one-man vendetta against all organized crime - beginning with the Kitchen Irish.
The Punisher opened fire on a Kitchen Irish function at a restaurant, slaughtering nearly everybody in the room, including Finn's son, Kelly Cooley. When Finn heard the news, he arrived in New York and attended his son's funeral. During this time, he learned that the Punisher had also stolen a significant amount of money from the Irish. Venting his rage and frustration, he attacked one of his leading men, Seamus by driving an ice pick through his eye and into his brain. He then tipped over his son's open coffin in anger.

Flora[]
Flora was a member of the race of genetically engineered human offshoots known as the Inhumans. She lived in the city of Attilan on Earth's moon and was a member of the Inhuman Royal Guard. As was the custom with all Inhumans, Flora underwent terrigenesis and developed the ability to control plants.
When Maximus seized control of the throne, the Royal Family were forced into exile and fled to Earth. Maximus sent the Inhuman Royal Guard, under the leadership of Auran, to Hawaii to sanction them.
Upon arriving on the island of Oahu, the group began tracking down the refugee known as Gorgon. One of their number, Mordis, asked Flora to clear a path through the thick trees and underbrush. The group tracked the location of Gorgon's comlink to a bunker, but Gorgon and his new commando allies were waiting to ambush them. During the fight, Gorgon's comrades too to the trees. Flora used her power violently shake the trees, causing them all to fall to the ground.
Later, the Inhuman Royal Guard caught up with Black Bolt and Medusa. During the fight, Mordis accidentally ignited an open natural gas container, causing an explosion, which greatly injured everyone who was close by, including Flora.
