Lucius Best is a fictional costume superhero who goes by the code name of Frozone. He is featured in the Incredibles film series and was introduced in the 2004 computer animated film The Incredibles, where he was voiced by actor Samuel L. Jackson. Jackson reprised the role of Frozone for the film's 2018 sequel Incredibles II.
