"Manly Whatnots" is the fourth episode of season one of the supernatural crime-drama series Lucifer. It was directed by Matt Earl Beesley with a script written by Ildy Modrovich. It first aired on the FOX Network on Monday, February 15th, 2016 at 8:00 pm.
Plot[]
While investigating the disappearance of a young woman named Lindsay Jolson, Chloe Decker is forced to enlist Lucifer's aid once again to gain entrance to a male empowerment conference hosted by a misogynist named Carver Cruz. Lucifer decides that the only way to get past his infatuation with Chloe is that he must seduce her, but Chloe dismisses him at every turn. While working the case however, Chloe witnesses something that leads her to believe that there is more to Lucifer than she was willing to believe. Meanwhile, Amenadiel comes to the Lux and expresses his concerns to Mazikeen about Lucifer's time on Earth.

The television version of Lucifer is loosely based on the character featured in comic book titles published by DC Comics under their Vertigo imprint.
