Lost Boys: The Thirst is an American horror/action film of the vampire subgenre. It is the third installment in the Lost Boys film series and the second sequel to be released direct-to-video. The film was directed by Dario Piana and written by Evan Charnov and Hans Rodionoff. The movie stars Corey Feldman and Jamison Newlander, reprising their roles as Edgar and Alan Frog, aka, the Frog Bros.; a duo of young determined vampire hunters who have spent many years honing their craft in their ongoing battle against the forces of the undead. Other actors starring in the film include Casey B. Dolan as Zoe, Tanit Phoenix as Gwen Lieber, Seb Castang as DJ X, Felix Mosse as Peter, Stephen van Niekerk as Lars and Joe Vaz as Claus. The movie follows the events of the 2008 film Lost Boys: The Tribe and was released on DVD and Blu-ray on October 12th, 2010.
