Biography[]
Even the son of a hundred maniacs needs some love. Freddy Krueger found love in the form of a woman named Loretta, maiden name unknown. Little is known for her early life, but it is possible that she was born and raised in Springwood, Ohio. She met and married Fred Krueger sometime in the early 1960s. Loretta bore Freddy a daughter, Kathryn Krueger.
Loretta eventually learned that Freddy was a vicious neighborhood child murderer known as the "Springwood Slasher". Even after discovering his bladed murder glove, she promise that she would not tell anyone who he really was. Freddy likely wanted to believe her, but could not take the chance of discovery.
