"Part One" is the chapter title to the first issue of the Loki comic book limited series published by Marvel Comics. This series is set in an insular continuity that takes place outside the standard continuity of the mainstream Marvel Universe. The story was written by Robert Rodi with painted artwork by Esad Ribic. Ribic also rendered the cover art illustration to this issue. It was lettered by Cory Petit and edited by Axel Alonso with John Miesegaes and Cory Sedlmeier as assistant editors. This issue shipped with a September, 2004 cover date and carries a cover price of $3.50 per copy (US).
