He was the twin brother of Lucas Wheeler. When Lucas died under mysterious circumstances, Logan adopted his teenage son, Jake Wheeler. Logan treated his nephew with a kind hand, but was always strict when it came to Junior, pushing him to be the best, particularity when it came to athletics.
After his wife's death from an "alleged" suicide, Logan was seen after the funeral acting fairly intimate with Tiffany Valentine. Junior Wheeler witnessed this, which only galvanized the tension that had already existed between father and son.
