The Little Vampire is a British feature film of the supernatural comedy genre. It was directed by Uli Edel with a screenplay by Karey Kirkpatrick and Larry Wilson based on the novel by author Angela Sommer-Bodenburg. It was produced by Avrora Media, Cometstone Pictures and Propaganda Films. It premiered at the Edinburgh International Film Festival on August 18th, 2000. It had its U.S. premiere at the Austin Film Festival on October 13th, 2000.
