Lilly Chambler is a fictional zombie holocaust survivor and a recurring character featured on the survival horror series The Walking Dead on AMC. Played by actress Audrey Marie Anderson, she first appeared in the sixth episode of season four titled, "Live Bait". She made three appearances in the series in total.

- The character of Lilly Chambler was created by director Michael Uppendahl and writer Nichole Beattie based on concepts developed by Robert Kirkman.
- Lilly Chambler is exclusive to the continuity of The Walking Dead television series and has no direct counterpart in The Walking Dead comic series. However, there is a character in the series named Lilly Caul, who is a resident of Woodbury.
- Final fate: Allowed herself to be devoured by walkers as a form of suicide. Presumably, she reanimated herself shortly thereafter.
- Actress Audrey Marie Anderson is also known for playing the role of Lyla Michaels on episodes of the CW Network television series Arrow.
