"I Worship His Shadow" is the premiere episode of the Canadian/UK science fiction television series Lexx. The first four episodes of the season, which comprises the entirety of season one, were actually telemovies running approximately 100 minutes in length. The pilot episode was directed by series creator Paul Donovan and written by Donovan, Jeffrey Hirschfield and Lex Gigeroff. It first aired on the Sci-Fi Channel in the United States on Friday, April 18th, 1997. It aired in Canada on the Global Television Network.
