Legion flight ring[]
Legion flight rings are gold-colored rings crafted from a metal known as Valorium. Valorium is similar to Thanagarian Nth metal in that it possesses anti-gravitic properties. Members of the Legion of Super-Heroes all wear flight rings, which enables them to defy gravity as well as grants them forward propulsion and heft within an atmospheric environment. Even members who possess the ability to fly of their own accord also wear Legion flight rings. One individual who possessed a ring and was not a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes was the 25th century time traveler Michael Jon Carter, aka Booster Gold.

Luornu Durgo[]
Luornu Durgo was a Carggite from theplanet Cargg. She was born to Humre Durgo and Silvou Durgo sometime in the late 30th century. Like all Carggites, Luornu Durgo possessed the ability to fission her body into three separate physicalities - all of which could act independently of one another, but shared a single psyche. As a teenager, Luornu was the first recruit for the newly formed team of young adventurers dubbed the Legion of Super-Heroes. She operated under the code name of Triplicate Girl.
