  • Lee Majors also played a criminal boxer/spy named Johnny Dine in Six Million Dollar Man episode "Look Alike". In the episode, Johnny Dine undergoes cosmetic surgery to make himself resemble Steve Austin so that he can infiltrate OSI. Like most media that utilizes this trope, Johnny Dine not only looked exactly like Steve Austin, but sounded like him as well.
