Laura Upland is a fictional business owner and a minor character featured in the Friday the 13th multimedia franchise. She appeared in the Friday the 13th Special, published by Avatar Press in April, 2005.
Biography[]
Laura Upland and her brother, Miles, inherited the land upon which Camp Crystal Lake sits. They converted the historic locale into the Crystal Lake Resorts, though this too became the scene of mass mayhem at the hands of undead mass murderer Jason Voorhees. Determined to cleanse the area of Voorhees' presence, Laura put together a paramilitary unit to stop Jason Voorhees once and for all.
