Larry Ferguson was a screenplay writer on the 1992 sci-fi film Alien³. Other co-writers on the film included David Giler, Walter Hill and Vincent Ward. Outside of the sci-fi genre, Ferguson has contributed his talents to films such as Highlander, Beverly Hills Cop II and The Hunt for Red October. In 2002, he adapted William Harrison's original screenplay for the remake of Rollerball.
