The Lansinarian morphing disc is a construct of alien design. It developed from a crystalline structure and coalesced into a ring of eggs. The crystals were discovered by the Lansinarians, who were a blind subterranean race of people living beneath Antarctica. The crystals evolved into a fluid compound with metamorphic capabilities. The Lansinarians gave a disc of this compound to Wonder Woman, which had developed quasi-sentience, and could commune with her telepathically. Wonder Woman used it as an invisible plane.
