Biography[]
Laganna was the high priestess of a tribal culture known as the People of Sepp, who inhabited the island nation known as Kala Pago. When Kala Pago came under the rule of a tyrannical dictator, Laganna allied herself with Adam Rook, who was the General of the People's Liberation Army. Using a mystical talisman, she raised an army of the dead to revolt against the oppressive regime. The Swamp Thing became involved and ended up destroying her talisman, which caused her undead army to revert to dust. Laganna was seemingly killed during this debacle, but it remains unclear whether or not she is truly dead.
Abilities[]
- Necromancy: Laganna could summon an army of the dead. This power originates with her talisman and is not a natural ability that she possesses.
- Occult: Laganna possesses moderate knowledge of the occult.

- Mystical talisman: Laganna used a mystical talisman to create a zombie army. Any lasting effects of the talisman would cease should the item be destroyed. Such was the case when the Swamp Thing crushed it, thus turning her undead army into dust.
