Biography[]
Lady Eve, real name unknown, was a former member of the Kobra Cult. Like its leader, Jeffrey Burr, she adorned herself in an outfit patterned after the image of a serpent, which included a yellow and green cobra-shaped helmet, and a blue cape.
Black Lightning[]
Lady Eve was a member of a covert agency that had influence with many civilian operations, including illegal cartels such as The One-Hundred. She was part of a Shadow Cabinet that orchestrated affairs that involved not only criminal enterprises, but also programs involving metahumans.
Lady Eve came to Freeland when Tobias Whale suddenly re-emerged and began expanding The One-Hundred's affairs throughout the city. She had a connection with Peter Gambi with whom she worked with in the past. Gambi wanted Lady Eve to tug the reigns on Tobias Whale, but Eve was more concerned about the actions of vigilante Black Lightning. Gambi knew who Black Lightning truly was and didn't want to see any violence done upon him. Instead, Lady Eve requested Gambi to take out Tobias Whale's number one man, Joey Toledo, which he did. [2]
A group of men bearing electro-weapons broke into the funeral home where Lady Eve maintained her base of operations and attacked her men. Lady Eve was electrocuted to death by one of their weapons. [3]
