Child's Play

Kyle was a blond-haired Caucasian woman from Illinois. She was born sometime around 1973. Kyle never knew her father, and her mother gave her up for adoption when she was only three-years-old. Since then, she bounced around the foster care system, moving from family to family. By the early 1990s, when she was about seventeen, she was living with Phil and Joanne Simpson. A few months before Kyle's eighteenth birthday, the Simpsons brought another foster child into their home - Andy Barclay. Andy was a traumatized youth who believed that his Good Guys doll, Chucky, had tried to murder him. Though it sounded ludicrous, Andy actually spoke the truth, as his doll had been possessed by the soul of a serial killer known as Charles Lee Ray. Kyle tried to bond with Andy to make him feel more comfortable about being a foster child while his mother was undergoing evaluation in a mental health facility. They shared a cigarette, and played on a swing in the front yard.

Kyle was the son of the Golden Age super-villain known as the Mist. He had a younger sister named Nash. Kyle wished to uphold his father's legacy in combatting members of the Knight family, so he targeted David Knight - son of Theodore Knight, the original Starman. Kyle murdered David in cold blood. (Starman Vol 2 0) David's younger brother, Jack Knight, later avenged his brother's death by killing Kyle with the Cosmic Staff. (Starman Vol 2 3)

Kyle was the police commissioner for the New York City Police Department during the years that Wilson Fisk served as mayor. He enforced Fisk's initiative of the Powers Act, prohibiting the unlawful use of superhuman abilities. He expressed that there were avenues for powered individuals to perform their civic duty by enlisting in one of the Thunderbolt Units. (Devil's Reign 1)

Marvel Cinematic Universe

Kyle was a young man who worked as a personal assistant to Harold Meachum. He was one of the few individuals who knew that Meachum was alive, even though he had a very public demise some thirteen years prior. Kyle was polite, loyal and obedient and did whatever Harold asked without question. This included doing research into the recent reappearance of Danny Rand - someone else who had long been though dead. Kyle hated displeasing Howard in any way, and often apologized for even the slightest infraction. This actually irritated Meachum slightly, who told Kyle that he never apologized for anything. Harold Meachum died a second time at the hands of his son, Ward, but was resurrected due to a process instituted by The Hand. This resurrection came at a cost however, which was Howard's sanity. Howard decided to do something nice for Kyle and presented him with a large desert board filled with different types of ice cream. Kyle asked if there was any vanilla, which sent Howard into a frenzy. Believing him ungrateful, and driven insane as a result of the resurrection, Harold Meachum leaped upon Kyle and beat him to death.
