Kristen Johnston is an American film and television actress born in Washington, D.C. on September 20th, 1967. She is best known for her portrayal of humanoid militant alien Sally Solomon on the 1996-2001 NBC television series 3rd Rock from the Sun. She was introduced in the series' pilot episode, "Brains and Eggs" and appeared in all 139 episodes of the show.
