- This was the address of a modest suburban home located in Keystone City on Earth-Two. It was the home of Jay Garrick and his wife, Joan. Jay's Earth-One counterpart, Barry Allen, would visit the Garricks often on his various journeys from his home dimension - usually to recruit Jay's assistance in stopping costumed criminals either on his Earth, or on Barry's.
- Garrick Laboratories
- Garrick Laboratories was a small laboratory owned by Jay Garrick. Bruce Wayne of Wayne-Tech purchased Garrick Laboratories for three times market value and kept Jay Garrick on as a part-time director while Jay was in semi-retirement as the original Flash. Jay was very grateful for the opportunity to stay busy while also substituting as Keystone City's super-speed defender while Wally West recuperated from injuries sustained in a fight. [1]

- Planet Cafe is an American restaurant chain. It's decor is patterned in the theme of super-hero culture in much the same way that Planet Hollywood revolves around movie fandom. It is stylistically similar to Warriors, which was a restaurant chain founded by Guy Gardner. One Planet Cafe restaurant was located in Keystone City. One day, the injured Wally West met with his predecessor Jay Garrick and his disguised best friend Dick Grayson for lunch. [1]
- St. Joseph's Primary School
- St. Joseph's Primary School was an elementary school located in Keystone City, Kansas. Super-speedster Wally West had made an appointment to be a guest speaker during one of the classes, but Wally was laid up following injuries he had sustained in a battle and couldn't make it. The original Flash, Jay Garrick, substituted in Wally's place and appeared at the school to talk to the class. Jay was rather delighted when the majority of students told him that they wanted to be super-heroes when they grew up. [1]
