Kerwin Broderick is a fictional lawyer and a recurring minor antagonist featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is associated with the Daredevil line of titles and first appeared behind-the-scenes in Daredevil #97 in March, 1973.

Kerwin J. Broderick was a senior law firm partner at Broderick, Sloan & Cranston, which was based out of San Francisco, California. Broderick gained access to Titanian technology, which enabled him to empower certain individuals including Ramrod, Dark Messiah, Angar the Screamer, and the Disciples of Doom.
Broderick attempted to meld his psyche with that of a creature named Terrex. By opening a dimensional gateway, he was able to pull forth Terrex's life energy and merge it with his own, thus becoming one with the giant creature. As part of Terrex, Broderick fought up against Daredevil, Black Widow, Moondragon, Angar the Screamer, and Captain Marvel. Through Angar, Moondragon was able to project an illusion of un-life into Terrex's brain. The ensuing despair that followed overwhelmed Broderick's psyche, separating his mind from Terrax's body, whereupon he died. [1]
