Kelly is a fictional minor character featured in the Nightmare on Elm Street film series. Played by actor David Dunard, he appeared in the 1991 feature film Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare.
Biography[]
Kelly was an administrator for social services and worked closely with the Recovery House Youth Shelter. He was responsible for new admissions and coordinating paperback with the shelter's staff including "Doc", and Maggie Burroughs. When Maggie went through a harrowing episode, which resulted in the deaths of three of her charges, she reported back to Kelly, who seemed to have no knowledge of the youths. Maggie surmised that their murderer - the dream entity known as Freddy Krueger - had somehow manipulated people's memories, making them forget that these children ever existed. [1]
