Kei is a fictional "trouble consultant" and one of the main characters featured in the Japanese multimedia franchise known as The Dirty Pair. She was created by author Haruka Takachiho and first appeared in a series of stories presented in serialized format in issues of SF Magazine, which were then collected into a volume of books beginning with Great Adventures of the Dirty Pair in 1979.
Biography[]
Kei is a law-enforcement agent and trouble consultant. She was born on the planet Nygoee in the year 2121. She has since undergone genetic upgrading, and resides within a clone body, which includes her ever-famous mesmerizing "hypno-butt". Kei is employed by the World Welfare Works Association and is partnered with a fellow agent named Yuri. Together, they are known as the Lovely Angels, or as some may call them, the Dirty Pair.
Whereas Yuri is polite, practical and inquisitive, Kei is more a shoot-first, ask questions while downing a fifth of vodka later sorta gal. She has a short temper and loves mixing it up in the heat of battle.

- Mag Bootz: Mag Bootz are supplied by the Worlds Welfare Works Association and generate an small electro-magnetic field which allows the wearer to maintain positioning in a mobile environment. Once, the Lovely Angels were fighting a militia of genetically enhanced guards and Kei used her Mag Bootz to steady her position so she could then judo-flip her assailant. [2]
