Biography[]
The Keeper of the Comics Code, was a compliance officer for the Comics Code Authority. As such, he was gifted with cosmic awareness, which enabled him to perceive the differentials between the so-called "real" world and the world of comic book characters.
She-Hulk filed a complaint with the Keeper of the Comics Code, citing a recent incident involving zombies, which she believed were restricted from usage in comic books that carried the approval stamp of the Comics Code Authority. While this may have been true during the early years of that this advisory council was active, it had since been removed from their restrictions on content standards. She-Hulk persisted, noting how she had to kill a zombie dragon and got disgusting putrefying "lizard goop" on her hands. The Keeper of the Comics Code consulted his resources and determined that there was no existing edict on the books preventing the usage of lizard goop. [1]
