Overview[]
Kathy Dare was one of numerous women who had fallen prey to the charms of billionaire industrialist Tony Stark. Kathy was not a mentally stable individual however, and did not take rejection well. To asuage her contempt for Tony Stark and her jealousy over Tony's affair with Rae LaCoste, she accosted him in his California seaside home and shot him in the chest, paralyzing him. [1]
Kathy Dare ultimately took her own life several years later via a gunshot wound to the head. [2]
